- 지역 교육연극전문가의 전문성 강화를 위한 교육프로그램 개발 방향 제시 - 부산지역을 중심으로 - -
우리나라 문화예술교육은 양적인 급성장을 거듭하여 왔다. 그리고 이제 질적 제고에 대한 담론들이 형 성되고 있는 실정이다. 그렇기에 질적 향상을 불러오는 데 결정적으로 기여하는 현장 전문가의 전문성 향상에 대한 관심이 지속될 수밖에 없다. 특히 2016년 이후 신규 학교 예술강사들에게 제공되는 교육 프 로그램이외의 의무연수가 폐지되면서 제도적 차원의 교육적 지원을 통한 역량강화의 필요성이 대두되 고 있다 하겠다. 본 연구는 비수도권 지역인 부산을 배경으로 부산지역 교육연극전문가의 전문성 강화를 위한 프로그램 개선방안과 개발 방향을 교육연극전문가들과의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 탐색하였다. 특히 본 연구는 교육연 극 전문가의 전문성 강화를 위한 교육프로그램 개발 적용 연구를 본격적으로 진행하기 전 특히 부산 지 역 현장 전문가의 목소리를 담아내는데 주목하고 있다. 현재 부산지역 예술강사들은 부산문화재단, 부산예술강사지원센터, 부산교육청이나 부산소재 다양한 연수원들을 통해 전문성 강화 교육을 받을 수 있다. 그러나 모두 단기 연수 형식이며 교육연극 자체에 대한 집중도가 떨어지는 경향이 있음과 동시에 그 횟수마저 제한적이라는 취약점으로 인해 교육연극 전 문가들에게 그리 선호되는 교육 통로는 아닌 것으로 보인다. 인터뷰에 응한 부산의 교육연극전문가들은 보다 체계적이고 현장 중심적인 전문성 강화 교육프로그램을 지역에서 실질적으로 참여 가능한 방식으로 접할 수 있기를 바라고 있었다. 그렇기에 향후 부산지역의 문화예술교육 기관과 협력하며 지역 문화예술교육 발전을 선도함과 동시에 교육연극전문가들을 위한 전문성 강화 교육을 실시하며 전문가들의 교류를 촉진할 수 있는 지역의 구심 점이 필요하다 하겠다. 더불어 타 지역과 활발히 소통·교류하면서도 자체적으로 지역의 내실을 갖출 수 있어야 할 것이다. 이를 위한 관련 예산편성과 제도 마련 또한 촉구된다.
The Study on the Direction of Retraining Program Design for Drama Teaching Experts – A Case of Busan Metropolitan City –
This study is aimed to suggest the direction of retraining program design for drama teaching expert based on the experts’ voice. This study establishes the improvement plan of drama teaching expert retraining program which may be applied to Busan metropolitan city or non-capital cities of Korea. We conducted in-depth interviews with six experts. We asked personal background and career, retraining programme experience, opinion on the Busan drama teaching experts’ professional capability, and wishes on the support for drama teaching experts in non-capital cities of Korea. There is the need on systematic retraining program rather than one-off event or short-term program which can improve inner qualities and external skills as drama experts. There is the need on diverse and creative retraining program which is designed on the basis of drama experts’ interest. It is necessary to improve the accessibility of retraining program for drama experts in Busan metropolitan city. The emphasis on local based bottom-up support system can be stated especially in non-capital areas. It is required to prepare more opportunities to stimulate drama expert exchanges within Busan metropolitan city and, at the same time, to build collaboration system with other cities in Korea.
